1:1 yoga therapy sessions
This is a deeply transformative, one-on-one healing experience where we combine therapeutic yoga, personalized movement, breathwork, and spiritual guidance. Each session is tailored to your unique needs, whether you’re healing from trauma, seeking emotional balance, or exploring your spiritual path.
Sessions are structured with an initial 30 minute consultation to create your personalized yoga therapy plan; 60 minute follow up sessions— focusing on specific physical, spiritual, and emotional concerns; followed by ongoing support and check-ins.

Each class is a space to slow down, soften, and remember the body as home. Rooted in yoga philosophy and guided by somatic awareness, this practice invites you to feel more, not force more.
You’ll be guided through gentle asana, breathwork, body-based practices, and immersive sound baths that support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and presence.
This is a trauma-informed space where your autonomy is centered— you are always invited to choose what feels right for your body in each moment.
